How I can access them from memory timing DP965LT my plate. I did it once and have forgotten how?

I'm trying to install four suits (256×4) Corsair memory, but when do the computer beeps 3 times (Intel shows that this is a memory error) and I have no image on the monitor. THX

DDR2-800 only support 1.8V JEDEC approved times of operation with 5-5-5 or 6-6-6 is compatible with Intel ® Desktop Boards based on Intel ® 965 Express ¹ chipsets. Any other times or voltages above 1.8 are not supported and can lead to errors of memory initialization (indicated by three beeps when the system ON) Times have changed in the BIOS.
